As a Facilities Services Administrator with Banner Bank you provide daytoday leadership and oversight for the Consumer and Small Business Loan Processing Center, with a focus on accurate and timely processing and closing coordination of Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loan requests. Ensure the effective management of the loan pipeline, collaborate with key stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of documentation quality and operational compliance.
In this role youll have the opportunity to:
Supervise the daily operations of the loan processing center for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans, including applications originated by Consumer Bankers, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking teams.
Manage the loan processing pipeline to ensure timely progression of loan files from application through closing, maintaining a strong focus on turnaround time and customer experience.
Oversee the preparation and review of loan documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, Credit Analysts, to ensure seamless loan workflows and clear communication throughout the process. Processors are accountable for clearing conditions, as defined by Underwriting, to ensure loans are ready for closing.
Monitor workload distribution and provide support, coaching, and development for processing team members to maintain performance standards.
Interact with multiple functional teams across the organization to identify potential issues, implement solutions, improve throughput, and automate processes.
Identify and escalate any issues that may impact the quality, timing, or compliance of loan processing activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, checklists, and job aids to support operational consistency and accuracy.
Education & Certifications
Associates Degree: Business, Accounting, Finance or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
4 or more years of experience in consumer or small business loan administration, and in regulatory requirements applicable to consumer and small business lending required
2 or more years of experience in a supervisorymanagement role leading a project, process or team required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong working knowledge of loan documentation and processing workflows for consumer and small business lending. Familiarity with applicable lending regulations and internal policy requirements affecting loan processing
High attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Effective team leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on employee development and performance
Proficiency in lending systems (e.g., nCino, Jack Henry), document preparation tools, and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work collaboratively across departments
Knowledge of operational process improvement methods, project management, and banking technology
