Job description

Superlanet is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Analyst to support our valued healthcare client based in Florida. This is a direct hire opportunity offering remote flexibility, though candidates must currently reside in the state of Florida.

The Senior ServiceNow Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's ServiceNow platform by designing and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve user experience. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, solution design, and ongoing support across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow best practices to ensure long-term value and user satisfaction.

  • Design and deliver proof-of-concept and final demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders.

  • Develop, configure, and implement new features, modules, and workflows across the ServiceNow platform.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and internal systems to ensure seamless data exchange.

  • Execute platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations in accordance with industry standards.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain high availability.

  • Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, applying them to improve platform effectiveness.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong ServiceNow competency within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Analyst.

  • Proven expertise in scripting, ServiceNow Business Rules, and platform configurations.

  • Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.

  • Deep familiarity with multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including:

    • IT Service Management (ITSM) – Asset, Incident, Change, Problem

    • Service Portfolio Management (ITBM) – Demand, Resource, Project & Portfolio

    • IT Operations Management (ITOM) – Discovery, Service Mapping

    • Core Platform – Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, CSDM, Data Fabric

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
