Regional Sales Manager – Western U.S.
A wellestablished lighting manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and territory development across the Western United States. This role is responsible for managing independent rep agencies, expanding account relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet revenue and margin goals
Manage, train, and support independent rep agencies; optimize performance and coverage
Strengthen relationships with key specifiers, distributors, showrooms, and nationalregional accounts
Partner with internal teams on product launches, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs
Represent the company at trade shows and customerfacing events throughout the region
Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to shape sales strategy
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of lighting industry sales experience, with a strong background in managing rep agencies
Familiarity with specification, showroom, and distribution sales models
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets across diverse account types
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Western U.S.
