Job Title: Senior Manager
Job Duties: Automus Consulting, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming fields.
Job responsibilities and duties include: •Develop and deliver a strategic technological vision and direction for Automus’ projects. •Lead and manage team to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of clients. •Lead client teams in discussions to adopt best practices in implementing and maintaining technical solutions. •Work closely with the team with the aim of meeting current and future user needs. •Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the global development teams. •Ensure that the skills and experience of IT teams are consistent with its scientific, technological, and business needs for providing quality in present and future services globally. •Establish clear organizational structures and succession plans aligned with appropriate responsibilities, accountabilities and personal development for all team staff in line with any anticipated growth. •Follow solution best practices to operationally monitor technical interfaces and extension. •Recommend technical architecture and middleware for each client situation and be able to present and discuss the solution with C-level staff. •Prepare design/solution and estimate work effects for proposed technical solutions. •Ensure design/solution is strictly maintained and enhancements are documents clearly, approved, and communicated to all client users including C-level executives through extensive version control management. •Ensure cross-functional communication to involve other technical and functional consultants and users in making decisions regarding processes that impact multiple technical and functional areas. •Manage utilization and work allocation of resources. •Manage technical staff, including hiring, firing, leave, promotion decisions, daily work assignment and technical guidance on their tasks. •Participate in new technology planning and assessment of emerging technologies.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field of study plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, skill, and experience with the following: - Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications. - Demonstrated experience with extensions, standalone applications and solutions with Oracle Cloud Fusion/OIC/OCI/PaaS solutions - Demonstrated experience defining architecture and technical specifications; overseeing development, plan testing,and validation; performing performance testing; and developing post go live maintenance plans - SDLC best practices, including automated code/configuration build and deployment life cycles, code quality, and unit testing - Demonstrated experience with processes tables, and APIs for Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, HCM and other data sources - Demonstrated experience performing integrations between OIC and inbound/outbound 3rd party applications - File based, web service and XML based. - XSD, WSDL, SOAP, XSLT and REST - Experience with three (3) or more of the following: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, OIC, Groovy Scripting, FBDI, ADFDi, Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Application - OCI, Containers, ADB, ATP, DBCS, Oracle Database to build complex interfaces and stand alone applications - Office 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint
