**Compensation (Contractor Role)**
Base Salary**: $45,000/year
Commission Tiers** *(based on experience & performance)*:
- Level 1: 0%
- Level 2: 2% (~$1,200/month)
- Level 3: 4% (~$2,500/month)
- Level 4: 6% (~$3,700/month)
- Level 5: 8% (~$5,000/month)
These estimates reflect current performance averages. Levels 2-4 range from $65K–$85K annually, with top performers in level 5 earning $100K+.

- *Sales Process 101* - Begin outreach calls to warm leads using proven scripts and objection-handling tools.
- *Sales Process 201* - Handle Discovery follow-ups and structured sales approaches. Learn the Sales Process (Gap Selling & Challenger Method).
- *Sales Consulting 101* – Start running Discovery Calls with guidance and mentoring. Fine-tune the Sales Process.
- *Sales Consulting 201* – Mastery level: run your own Discovery Calls and step into the Closer & Manager role.
**Your Day-to-Day Impact**
- Engage with mostly warm inbound leads (webinars, referrals, form submissions).
- Educate business owners on entering the federal market.
- Qualify leads to ensure we can deliver meaningful results.
- Build trusted relationships with thoughtful, caring follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and client success teams.
- Use modern tools (CRM + AI) to track and optimize your pipeline.
