We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to support the expansion of a fast-growing international fitness franchise brand. This is a permanent remote opportunity for an independent contractor with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries and sales leads from multiple regions
Engage and qualify potential franchisees, understanding their needs and business goals
Conduct virtual sales calls and consultations to present the franchise opportunity
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, with consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
Maintain detailed records via CRM (HubSpot) and prepare sales tracking reports
Support onboarding of new franchise partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
Proven experience in consultative, high-ticket sales (ideally in franchising or B2B)
Strong understanding of the franchise business model
Ability to engage and sell to both USA and APAC markets
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
