Job description

This is a remote position.

Franchise Sales Executive (Independent Contractor)
Timezone: AEST (Sydney/Melbourne)
8-5pm (1-hour lunch brek)
Work-from-home | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to support the expansion of a fast-growing international fitness franchise brand. This is a permanent remote opportunity for an independent contractor with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and sales leads from multiple regions

  • Engage and qualify potential franchisees, understanding their needs and business goals

  • Conduct virtual sales calls and consultations to present the franchise opportunity

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, with consistent follow-ups

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies

  • Maintain detailed records via CRM (HubSpot) and prepare sales tracking reports

  • Support onboarding of new franchise partners

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative, high-ticket sales (ideally in franchising or B2B)

  • Strong understanding of the franchise business model

  • Ability to engage and sell to both USA and APAC markets

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
