We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead dealer relationships, drive sales growth, and cultivate demand through education and influencer engagement. This role requires a unique combination of strategic sales acumen and a passion for building long-term partnerships across the band and orchestra community.
The Regional Sales Manager is the primary business driver for an assigned territory, responsible for developing and executing sales growth strategies that support dealers, educators, and key influencers. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the local markets within assigned territory, strong account planning, consistent and proactive communication, and expert-level product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Conn Selmer dealers. The RSM collaborates with the Education Support Manager to align territory strategies, build strong relationships, generate leads, uncover opportunities, and close sales to grow market share and ensure Conn-Selmer’s long-term success in the territory.
