Duck Creek Developer

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an experienced Duck Creek Developer to join our team, specializing in Policy or Claims implementation. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in P&C insurance and hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Author, Express 2.0/3.0, and manuscript configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Duck Creek Policy or Claims components.
  

• Work with Express 2.0/3.0 and manage manuscripts effectively.
  

• Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional specs into technical solutions.
  

• Support LOB configurations such as Commercial Auto, WC, GL, BOP, and Property.
  

• Assist with system integrations and enhancements using Duck Creek plug-ins and APIs.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years in P&C insurance tech, with 3+ years in Duck Creek development
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Express 2.0/3.0
  

• In-depth knowledge of template structures, inheritance, and product config
  

• Proficient in C#, XML, JSON, and familiar with Duck Creek plug-in architecture
  

• Experience with API integrations and batch processing
