We are looking for a motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager, Microsoft. In this role, you will act as an internal and external champion of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to position, promote, and close CRM deals while driving product line growth. This role involves communicating value to partners and end users, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. It’s a great fit for someone with strong B2B sales experience, a solid understanding of Dynamics products, and a passion for technology and customer success.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role
• Be an internal and external champion of the Dynamics and Power Platform
• Work with the sales team to position, propose, and close deals related to CRM.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of CRM to channel partners and their end users.
• Work with the product and marketing team to accelerate product line sales.
• Accurately determine partner potential for product line.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in the training required by the sales department
• All other related tasks according to organizational needs.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
• Diploma in Business Administration or in any related field, or equivalent Dynamics sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales, and 2 years' experience in D365/Power Platform/BC.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics licensing, specially D365/Business Apps.
• Fluent in English oral and written.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and passport, and legally authorized to travel to the United States to travel at least 25% of your time.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally Dynamics.
• Knowledge of the hosted services market is an asset, especially Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, web technologies and productivity tools.
