Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Systems Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across multiple business units. You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders, shaping the BI roadmap and delivering high-impact dashboards, reports, and data models.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust BI solutions using Power BI

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and data visualization projects.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and governance.

Contribute to the development of BI best practices.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

Support data-driven culture across the organization by championing analytics and insights.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Proficient in Power BI

Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with Python, or other scripting languages

Experience working with cloud data platforms and key components (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks).

Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and using Atlassian Jira
