Your role:
Leadr is looking for an experienced and startup-ready Senior Software Engineer with a frontend focus to contribute to product improvements, exciting new features, and technical improvements.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to our web client (React + Typescript) as a senior member of a feature team
Coordinate with Node and C# backend engineers and own smaller features full-stack
Participate in mentorship and code review opportunities around the team to advance our codebase and help set best practices
Help break down large feature work into smaller chunks for estimation and planning purposes
A competitive candidate will have:
5+ years of professional web development experience
2+ years of production React + Typescript experience
Lessons learned with monitoring and observability, including platforms like New Relic
The ideal candidate will have:
B2B SaaS experience
Production backend experience
Experience prompting Large Language Models and handling their output
Understanding of a performance optimization, or complex state management (e.g. Zustand, Redux, React Query)
