The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep familiarity in the entertainment ticketing space to help lead our development of next-generation VIP and loyalty platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping how users discover, purchase, and access exclusive experiences across concerts, sports, and live events—working closely with design, engineering, partner ops, and external platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is excited about bringing structured innovation to historically fragmented and analog access models.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of products that integrate with major ticketing platforms and payment rails to enable seamless VIP experience and ticketing access.
  • Own end-to-end product strategy and execution—from research and scoping to roadmap, specs, delivery, and optimization.
  • Partner with BD and integrations teams to scope platform capabilities, ticketing APIs, merchant settlement flows, and user authentication systems.
  • Shape UX and membership flows that enhance premium value perception and drive repeat engagement.
  • Collaborate with engineering to manage backlogs, QA launches, and iterate on platform integrations with suppliers and partners.
  • Design, create, and monitor product KPIs and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions around experience design and monetization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in event access, digital ticketing, and loyalty rewards—including web3 and token-gated models.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in entertainment ticketing or closely related domains (e.g., LiveNation, AXS, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Stubhub).
  • Strong understanding of the ticketing ecosystem—venue ops, inventory dynamics, resale, fraud mitigation, and access control.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across technical, operational, and partner-facing teams.
  • Excellent product intuition with a bias for shipping, experimentation, and clear prioritization.
  • Comfort navigating uncertainty and operating in early-stage environments with lean resources.

Bonus for...

  • Experience with event-based fintech, embedded payments, or loyalty infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with crypto/web3 mechanics (NFTs, wallets, smart contracts) a plus, but not required.

This is a fully remote role. The salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
