We’re seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Software Engineer (Frontend) to lead the design, development, and optimization of our web and mobile platforms. As a key member of the engineering leadership team, you’ll shape the user experience across our products, set high standards for frontend quality, and mentor developers across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building intuitive, high-performance interfaces at scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive frontend technical vision and system design architecture across web and mobile platforms
• Write, test, and maintain production-quality code on a daily basis
• Partner with Product and Design teams on complex, high-impact initiatives
• Mentor engineers and establish strong frontend development standards
• Drive performance optimization and ensure smooth operation of web and mobile applications at scale
• Oversee deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments
• Research and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges

Key Competencies: 

• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and React Native
• Strong track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Proven experience scaling frontend systems for high-traffic applications
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a user-centric approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with frontend best practices in high-growth environments

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in senior or technical leadership roles
• Proven success building and scaling complex frontend applications
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Startup or high-growth tech company experience preferred
   

Tech Stack: 

React, React Native, node.js, Go,  Postgres, RabbitMQ, AWS, EKS.
