Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager – Telehealth & Pharmacy is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the supply chain strategy that supports virtual care, remote medication dispensing, and digital pharmacy operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that prescription medications, clinical kits, and medical supplies are procured, stored, and delivered efficiently and compliantly to patients nationwide. The ideal candidate has experience in pharmacy distribution, logistics, vendor management, and thrives in fast-paced, tech-enabled healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telehealth & Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations
- Oversee supply chain operations that support virtual care, mail-order pharmacy, and patient-direct shipping models.
- Coordinate the flow of pharmaceuticals, clinical kits, and related medical supplies from suppliers to fulfillment centers and end patients.
- Partner with clinical and pharmacy teams to align inventory levels with prescription volume and patient demand.
2. Procurement and Vendor Management
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for medications, packaging materials, diagnostic kits, and cold chain solutions.
- Manage contracts and relationships with wholesalers, 3PLs, kit manufacturers, courier services, and other critical partners.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure service-level targets are met.
3. Inventory Control and Forecasting
- Develop forecasting models based on prescription trends, seasonality, and telehealth volumes.
- Maintain real-time visibility into inventory levels across multiple sites or fulfillment partners.
- Minimize waste and ensure replenishment cycles support service-level targets and regulatory compliance.
4. Logistics & Last-Mile Distribution
- Optimize shipping strategies for timely, cost-effective delivery across national patient populations.
- Ensure cold-chain logistics and specialty medication handling meet quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to integrate logistics platforms and enable shipment tracking.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to DEA, FDA, DSCSA, HIPAA, and state board of pharmacy regulations in all supply chain activities.
- Support audit readiness, recall procedures, and proper storage, labeling, and distribution documentation.
- Implement quality control checkpoints and risk mitigation measures throughout the chain.
6. Process Optimization & Analytics
- Define and track supply chain KPIs: fulfillment time, order accuracy, cost-per-ship, inventory turnover.
- Leverage data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, ERP platforms) to generate insights and drive performance improvements.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives aimed at scaling operations, improving margin, and enhancing customer experience.

- May require occasional travel to pharmacy hubs, fulfillment centers, or vendor sites.
- Must be able to support time-sensitive logistics needs during off-hours if required.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation. Target compensation for this role is $110,000 - $150,000.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business, Logistics, or related field (required).
Experience:
- 5+ years in supply chain management, with at least 2+ years in pharmacy, telehealth, or E-commerce logistics preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital health operations, pharmacy fulfillment models, and cold-chain logistics.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and data reporting tools.
Skills:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth healthcare environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with clinical, product, and tech teams.
- Expert negotiation skills required, along with project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
