PartTime Human Resources Business PartnerGeneralist

Employment Type: PartTime, Contract, Remote within the U.S.
Hours: Up to 80 hours per month (1020 hours per week)
Compensation: $4565 per hour, commensurate with experience

Who You Are

Cause Capacity is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the people operations needs of our small business and nonprofit clients. This remote, parttime role is ideal for someone with broad HR interest and experience from traditional HR business support to fastpaced environments such as retail, restaurant, or hospitality.


What You Will Do

Working as an independent contractor, the Human Resources Business Partner will operate as part of the Cause Capacity team to deliver seamless, highquality human resources support to our clients, with an emphasis on supporting clients in the retail sector. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with clients and the Cause Capacity team on a wide range of human resources efforts on behalf of our clients and their employees.
