The Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS to emerging and established biotechnology companies. This exciting, highimpact opportunity requires both experience selling QCfocused technology and an entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader. To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability and working effectively within a growing team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, teamfirst work style and growth mindset.

What You’ll Do
  • You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS sales organization and help establish the product as the goto LIMS solution for biotechs
  • Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Understand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Understand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer success

  • Requirements
  • 7+ years of work experience
  • Experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
  • LIMS experience is highly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial instincts. Ability to understand strategy and connect it to operations
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role to CLevel executives
  • Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to CLevel executives
  • Have a creative mindset to make things happen

  • Compensation
  • Base pay: $80,000 $300,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus andor stock bonus.
