Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000

Apex Growth is hiring a junior Creative Strategist to translate performance insights into platformnative, highconverting ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role exists to drive structured creative ideation, testing velocity, and storytelling precision at the intersection of growth marketing and creative strategy.

You’ll operate at the core of our creative engine—bridging media performance and narrative craft. This role reports to the SVP of Growth & Creative and plays a pivotal part in scaling creative systems, refreshing ad pipelines, and accelerating learning loops across paid media accounts.
