What You Will Own

You’ll be the execution engine behind our GTM strategy—equipping the team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed and evolve in a dynamic market.

Enablement, Training & Execution Support
  • Build and scale onboarding programs across sales, customer success, and partnerships

  • Own GTM team certification, skill development, and learning cadences

  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, competitive intel, objection handling, and internal documentation

  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to keep the team trained on new releases, messaging, and positioning

    • Performance Optimization & Feedback Loops
      • Track and analyze rep performance to identify gaps and prioritize enablement focus areas

      • Maintain a feedback loop between the field, strategy, and product teams to evolve messaging and tactics

      • Run call reviews, sales workshops, live trainings, and continuous enablement cycles

      • Ensure consistency across gotomarket execution and iterate as strategy evolves

        • What You Will Need
          • 2+ years in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related GTM Ops roles in SaaS

          • Experience delivering onboarding and enablement programs in highgrowth environments

          • Strong collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams

          • Familiarity with sales tools, LMS platforms, and enablement workflows

          • Clear communicator with a structured, systemsdriven mindset
