Job description

About Abridge

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AIpowered platform was purposebuilt for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprisegrade technology transforms patientclinician conversations into structured clinical notes in realtime, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purposebuilt, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AIgenerated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the SoHo neighborhood of New York, the Mission District in San Francisco, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

The Role

As the Clinical Success Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional generative AI platform for clinicians. Your work will directly contribute to improving the cognitive burden associated with clinical documentation. You will collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to bring to life products that bridge the gap between clinical conversations and actionable data.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide clinician enablement by delivering education and training to new users, building collateral and strategies to support clinician adoption, and managing relationships with external clinical champions and advisors.

  • Surface product feedback through expert advice on existing clinical documentation strategies and work with product teams to define a clear clinical product roadmap.

  • Provide product strategy recommendations by aggregating user feedback and developing artifacts that articulate how product enhancements may expand the reach of our product(s) and improve clinician user experiences.

  • Develop, monitor, and track enduser utilization and clinical success metrics to help communicate longterm impact and value.

  • Evangelize product capabilities and direction to prospective customers by creating sales collateral, conducting product demos, and more.

    • What You’ll Bring
      • 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)

      • Experience with Epic and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows

      • A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians

      • Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch.

      • Ability to build relationships with different layers of an organization, from frontline staff to executives.

      • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements

      • Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced, startup environment

        • ***This role requires up to 20% travel***
