Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and execute product strategies to meet market needs and achieve revenue targets.
Works closely with internal functions, especially PSP, distribution, nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
Works with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Creates businessmarketing plans, promotional materials, and campaigns to support product launches and life cycle management.
Monitors product performance through sales data analysis and customer feedback.
Manages relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
Provides training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
Conducts market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or related field (advanced degree an asset).
Minimum eight (8) years of pharmaceutical product management and sales experience.
Strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate acrossfunctionally.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
