The Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through the performance of onsite installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The Field Engineer will instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. This role may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networkingwireless networking.
Location:
Remote Field role based in Calgary, AB, servicing customers located in AB, BC, SK, MB, and YT, with potential travel requirements into ON, QC, and other eastern regions as necessary from time to time. Role includes a company vehicle which can be used for personal use, phone and laptop.
