Aesthetic Nurse Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and clientfocused Aesthetic Nurse to provide nonsurgical cosmetic treatments in a safe, ethical, and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and a commitment to delivering highquality aesthetic services including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures. You will also educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Procedures

• Administer aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, PRP, microneedling, and laser therapy.

• Assess patients skin health and cosmetic goals to recommend personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction during and after procedures.

• Client Education & Care

  • Conduct initial consultations, discuss desired outcomes, explain procedures, and set expectations.

  • Provide pre and posttreatment care instructions and followup support.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment plans, consent forms, and patient progress.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Follow all clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and localstate regulations.

    • Manage and maintain clinical equipment and ensure all tools and materials are sanitized and properly stored.

    • Stay informed of new products, techniques, and trends in medical aesthetics.

    • Team Collaboration

      • Work closely with physicians, aestheticians, and frontdesk staff to ensure seamless client experience.

      • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events when needed.

      • Required Qualifications:

        • Valid and current RN or NP license in [Insert stateregion].

        • 13+ years of nursing experience; 6+ months in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred.

        • Certification or handson training in injectables (Botox, dermal fillers).

        • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin health, and cosmetic procedures.

        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clientfirst approach.

        • High attention to detail, cleanliness, and professional appearance.

        • Preferred Qualifications:

          • Advanced aesthetic certifications (e.g., laser technician certification, PRP, PDO threads).

          • Experience working in a medspa, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery clinic.

          • Sales or consultation experience in skincare products or treatment packages.

          • CPR and BLS certification.
