Job Overview

Are you organized, proactive, and versatile? Join our Workforce Management team in Quebec, where you will play a key role in optimizing schedules, managing vacations, coordinating training sessions, and mentoring new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare technicians’ schedules in accordance with current collective agreements and individual preferences.
  • Plan vacations, seasonal leaves, and unpaid leaves.
  • Make necessary schedule adjustments based on operational needs at DD1.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Organize onboarding programs for new employees (profile creation, mentor assignment).
  • Manage communications with managers and trainers related to training.
  • Actively participate in continuous process improvement by bringing forward concrete ideas.
  • Other related tasks.

      • Relevant experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
      • Familiarity with unionized environments or workforce planning.

          • Comfortable with computer tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
