Our global Enterprise Account Executive team enables the digital transformation of our customers and provides solutions across the full spectrum of Enterprise Information Management (EIM). We partner with leading organizations to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions—whether onsite, via mobile, in private cloud, or public cloud environments. Our product suite includes Content Suite, Process Suite, Experience Suite, Discovery Suite, Information Exchange Suite, and Analytics.

This is a remote position but requires residency in Calgary, Alberta.


YOUR IMPACT

As an Account Executive focused on enterprise accounts across Western Canada, you will lead strategic sales initiatives that help customers modernize and transform their information infrastructure. With a consultative sales approach, you’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to identify opportunities and deliver tailored OpenText solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will be at the center of a highly collaborative and well-supported team of technical experts, product specialists, and customer success professionals—all aligned to ensure your success. Your efforts will directly impact growth, customer value, and long-term relationships in one of Canada’s most dynamic markets.


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Direct ownership of sales strategy and execution for enterprise accounts across Western Canada.

  • Deep engagement with stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend innovative EIM solutions.

  • Support from a dedicated internal team including solution consultants, product experts, and marketing.

  • Ability to lead large, consultative deals spanning cloud, hybrid, or on-premise solutions.

  • Highly competitive base salary with performance-based commission and rich accelerators.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with C-level and senior executives in a consultative sales capacity.

  • Experience selling complex cloud, hybrid, or on-premise enterprise solutions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and intellectually curious with a drive to innovate.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems strongly preferred.
