Job Title: Business Systems Analyst with P&C

Job Type: Full-time/Contact | Location: Remote (Canada/USA)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You'll gather requirements, collaborate with development teams, and lead QA efforts for policy and claims systems.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot system and data-related issues
Recommend process and system improvements

Qualifications

8+ years in a BSA role, with 3+ years in P&C Insurance
Familiarity with policy administration and claims systems
Intermediate SQL skills
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with .NET (VB/C#)
Understanding of Excess & Surplus lines and rating methodologies
