The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within your team and across the broader engineering organization. You’ll drive highimpact initiatives that shape the future of our systems, architecture, and AIfirst platform strategy. From setting architectural direction to mentoring others, you’ll play a key role in delivering intelligent, scalable, and usercentric products.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to launch features that leverage the latest advances in AI, while also championing engineering excellence and innovation across the org.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and platform capabilities
  • Drive largescale, crossfunctional projects that align technical strategy with business objectives
  • Define architectural patterns and standards that improve system scalability, resilience, and maintainability
  • Mentor engineers across teams, elevate technical skills, and influence career growth
  • Partner with product, design, and AI teams to deliver AInative product experiences and developer tooling
  • Lead technical initiatives that improve developer efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock innovation
  • Foster a culture of excellence through technical leadership in design and code reviews
  • Share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and crossteam collaboration

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for building in an AIaugmented environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agent workflows; experience building or deploying AIdriven products is a plus
  • 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack engineering
  • Deep expertise in JavaScriptTypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like React
  • Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloudnative environments (AWS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL, eventdriven systems (KafkaSQS), and distributed databases
  • Proven track record leading highimpact initiatives from concept through production
  • Expertlevel grasp of software design principles such as SOLID, DI, and domaindriven design
  • Experience building SaaS platforms, ideally with multitenant architecture
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across product, design, AI, and engineering teams
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and longterm business value
