The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be a key contributor on a crossfunctional team, building the foundation of our AIfirst platform. You’ll take ownership of major features and services, drive meaningful improvements to our architecture, and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to deliver highimpact outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Do
Design and build cloudnative APIs, services, and frontend experiences used across our platform
Contribute to key architectural decisions and lead midsized engineering projects
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver AIpowered workflows and product experiences
Write clean, testable, scalable code across the stack
Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
Review code, mentor others, and foster a culture of technical excellence

What We’re Looking For
Passion for building in an AIaugmented environment
Familiarity with modern AI tools; experience developing AIdriven solutions is a plus
5+ years of professional experience in fullstack engineering
Strong skills in JavaScriptTypeScript, Node.js , and React
Experience with scalable microservice architecture (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with GraphQL, eventdriven systems (KafkaSQS), and distributed databases
Track record of delivering highquality features in agile environments
Strong communicator and collaborator; able to work effectively across product and design
Customerfirst mindset with the ability to empathize with user needs
