Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for Reinsurance Accounting and Claims based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves managing financial statements, working in accounting, premium and claim processing and collections, applying finance and analytical skills. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and claims-related processes. While the role is primarily office-based, some work-from-home days are flexible.

We will count on you to:

Know and comply with US market regulations in reinsurance.
Have knowledge of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance, quota share contracts, surplus, working cover, excess of loss per event and excess of annual loss, cedants, dealing with reinsurers and insurers.
Proficiency in managing financial statements and performing
Premium and Claims Processing
Have knowledge of slips (claims from various reinsurers).
Follow up on activities that are in progress.
Experience with accounting and finance-related activities
Experience in Treaty Reinsurance
Administrative and operacional work

What you need to have:

Advanced database management (experience with Power BI desirable)
