Job Summary
This position is Responsible for developing detailed project plans and clearly defining deliverables, milestones, and responsibilities. They organize and direct resources to achieve specific objectives, closely track project progress, and manage the day-to-day operations that bring a project to life.
Key Responsabilities
•Plans and controls day to day project tasks and budgets
•Coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers for a large-scale project, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management;
•Accountable for development of work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers, Acceptance Criteria and User Acceptance Testing
•Responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting.
•Manages relationship with immediate environment, enabling commitments
•Works with business units to define needs and arranges appropriate resources
•Facilitating collaboration and problem-solving among cross-functional team members is essential to their role, as is maintaining open communication with stakeholders—providing regular updates and actively managing expectations
