Sales Ops Outreach Associate

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | U.S. Central Time Hours
Seniority Level: Mid-Level (2–4 years of experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and sales-driven Sales Ops Outreach Associate to support our lead generation and real estate operations. This is a hybrid role combining Sales Development (SDR/BDR) duties with operational and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in using tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and FollowUpBoss (or other CRMs). Bonus points if you understand the U.S. Single Family Home real estate transaction process.

You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to manage outreach efforts, maintain clean sales pipelines, schedule qualified appointments, and assist with administrative tasks that keep our deals moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach & CRM Support (60%)

  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using CRM and sales tools
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales or real estate team
  • Maintain and organize records in CRMs like FollowUpBoss, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Track key metrics like response rate, booked appointments, and pipeline activity

Administrative & Enablement Support (40%)

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on pending items
  • Support transaction documentation and file management for real estate deals
  • Maintain updated dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business docs
  • Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders (internal and external)

Who You Are:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business development, real estate admin, or executive support
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRMs like FollowUpBoss (ideal) or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (required); Spanish is a plus
  • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely with autonomy
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in U.S. Real Estate transactions, especially Single Family Homes
  • Knowledge of tools like DocuSign, Aircall, Slack, or Calendly
  • Previous work in real estate teams, proptech, or appointment-setting roles
