We are currently searching for a Production SupportDatabase:

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications utilizing MSBI (SQL, SSIS, SSRS) databases.
• Analyze database job failures to identify root causes and implement technical resolutions.
• Develop and implement workaround solutions to restore service during incidents.
• Recommend code changes to application development teams to resolve databaserelated issues.
• Monitor database performance and ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.
• Document production support procedures and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain system availability.

  Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in production support OR App. Support Engineers of applications utilizing MSBI (SQL, SSIS, SSRS) databases.
  • Strong expertise in SQL querying and database analysis.
  • Analyze the cause of job failure and recommend technical resolution.
  • Provide workaround solutions where possible to restore the service.
  • Recommend solutions to application teams if code change is required.
  • Proven ability to analyze job failures and provide effective technical resolutions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing workaround solutions for service restoration.
  • Ability to recommend code changes to application teams.
  • Solid understanding of database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with root cause analysis.
