Job description

We are seeking experienced software engineers to join one of our clients on a newly formed AI product development team. This group is responsible for building intelligent systems that leverage proprietary business data to transform the way clients perform search and target sourcing operations. The goal is to develop AIfirst, usercentric products that combine foundational large language models (LLMs), retrievalaugmented generation (RAG), and cloudnative infrastructure to deliver intelligent, exportable business insights.

This is a handson development role with a focus on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and fulllifecycle product implementation. You will work closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver highvalue tools that generate reports and analysis in formats like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AIpowered products using proprietary structured and unstructured business data.
Implement RAG systems and AI agents leveraging foundation models to handle client queries and target discovery.
Integrate AI pipelines with external tools for web search, information access, and document generation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement cloudnative architectures using AWS andor GCP.
Prototype and experiment with LLMbased workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, tool usage, agentic orchestration).
Ensure scalability, performance, and security in cloudhosted environments.
Contribute to the AI product roadmap and provide technical guidance on implementation strategies.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in backend or platform development roles.
Proficiency in Python, including experience with data manipulation, APIs, and automation.
Strong foundation in cloud computing, with proven experience in AWS andor Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI).
Experience with version control (Git), CICD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).

Nice to have: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, and Mistral) and understanding of transformerbased models.
Handson experience building or experimenting with RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) systems or agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Ability to integrate thirdparty toolsAPIs for document generation and workflow automation.
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search.
Demonstrated ability to work with unstructured data and knowledge graphs.
Demonstrated interest or side projects in AI, NLP, or machine learning.
