đź’» About the role

This role is about owning the strategy, planning, and performance of content across our iGaming websites. You’ll shape how we inform, guide, and convert our audiences in key markets (primarily Chile but also Argentina) by scaling smart content systems that blend human creativity with AI efficiency.

You won’t be writing every word yourself (using automation, AI, and freelancers is encouraged), but you’ll be accountable for the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of the content we publish. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Outreach teams to ensure we deliver content that performs, and evolves, in competitive, fastchanging markets.

👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and contribute to content strategy and production: define priorities, produce highimpact pieces, and create formats that align with business goals, brand strategy, and user needs.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize SEOinformed content calendars, ensuring delivery in sync with Product, Data, and Outreach teams.

  • Use AI tools effectively to research, create, and scale highquality content without compromising user experience.

  • Apply UXUI principles to ensure clarity, usefulness, and engagement across all content types.

  • Monitor performance and usability, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive actionable change.

  • Analyze competitors to stay ahead in our key markets.

  • Support digital PR and outreach efforts, bringing local insights and SEO expertise into strategic planning.

  • Stay updated on market trends in Argentina and Chile to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
