RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive and manage leads coming through the company’s channels: website, WhatsApp, chat, and other digital platforms;
· Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess the maturity level of each opportunity;
· Forward qualified leads to the leaders of the responsible areas;
· Monitor the scheduling and progress of meetings with leads, ensuring continuity of the relationship;
· Support follow-up actions and lead warming campaigns;
· Contribute with insights and improvements to lead nurturing and conversion processes;
· Prepare monthly reports on lead intake, channel performance, and opportunity status;
· Keep the CRM up to date and use the tool as the basis for all interactions and decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or related areas (minimum of 2 years);
· Solid experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Netsuite will be considered a plus);
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical ability and active listening;
· Organization and a strong sense of prioritization to handle multiple leads and demands simultaneously;
· Proactive profile with a strategic and collaborative mindset;
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
