About The Role…

We are currently looking for a Channel Marketing Assistant
to cover maternity leave until June 2026, for the ITA market.
You will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of +35 professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments, supporting all the marketing activities to promote and position the Wildix brand in the Italian market. You will play a key role in Partner Development by supporting a network of over 100 partners with strategic marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on driving lead generation and business growth through highimpact campaigns while acting as a main point of contact to strengthen brand presence and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with shared objectives.



What You Will Do…

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support over 100 partners, enhancing their ability to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Execute comarketing campaigns with partners, focusing on brand visibility and customer acquisition in the Italian market.
  • Updating and keeping track of Leads within Salesforce.
  • Assisting in crafting compelling content (emails, sales letters, website, case studies, etc.) that captivates the Italianspeaking market.
  • Supporting in managing and organizing webinars and events, both online and onsite.
  • Leverage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, and Google Analytics to optimize channel partner performance and engagement.
  • Monitoring KPIs and ROI (MRR, partner monthly recurring revenue).
  • Working daily with the global marketing team, giving active feedback on the material, marketing activities, and suggesting new ideas.
  • Apply a Kanban approach to ensure efficient and timely delivery of marketing activities.

    • What You Will Bring…

      • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on partnerchannel marketing or comarketing initiatives.
      • You possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with all the stakeholders.
      • Proficiency in B2B marketing, with experience in lead generation.
      • Experience managing and engaging a network of channel partners.
      • You are comfortable using MacOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools (Pardot is a strong plus).
      • Your grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you targetdriven, selfmotivated, and proactive.
      • You are a collaborative team player with a high level of dedication and commitment, working crossfunctionally with the Global Marketing Team, regional Sales and Tech teams, and external partners.
      • You are a quick learner and enthusiastic about mastering new products and technologies, bringing a structured and selforganized work style.
      • Experience in working with CRM Database Management (Expertise in Salesforce will be a plus).
      • You have a native level of Italian and are highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
      • You are comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong timemanagement and organizational skills.
