Job description

As our Head of Web3 Growth, you'll be directly working with our C-Levels and product team. In this fast pace environment, you'll have the opportunity to bring Deblock to the next level.

You'll play an integral role in crafting our strategy, our story and promoting our brand to Web3 audiences in France. This is a role that will suit an innovative individual who loves to work across growing Web3 communities through various marketing and growth hacking tactics.

Requirements

šŸ‘€ What we are looking for

You have experience with community building in France, an existing portfolio of Web3 communities in France, and interest in growing Deblock’s awareness in France's Web3 Space.

You take initiative and are very action-oriented, you love to be hands-on and solve problems.

You have taken a web3 brand or product to the market before.

You are structured and data driven to measure your impact.

You have a passion for Crypto, NFTs, DeFi, all things Web3.

You have strong existing network within the Web3 community in France.

You have launched a "sold-out" NFT project or token launch.

Plan, execute, and drive acquisition through partnerships with Web3 audiences.

Develop and embed our brand positioning, voice, and values across your existing and new network of contacts.

Build acquisition models tailored for Web3 users and measure your impact on Deblock’s acquisition.
