  • Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Keep detailed records of candidate pipelines and recruitment processes using tracking systems.
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
  • Strong understanding of different industries and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms for efficient sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • A reliable internet connection and a comfortable workspace for remote work.
