Our flagship product, the Leasepoint Asset and Contracts Management System, is relied upon by more than half of the world’s top 20 lessors. At Leasepoint we pride ourselves on the long tenure of our team, the long tenure of our customers, our focus on quality, maintaining our market reputation and ensuring we remain market leaders in our field.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Aircraft Leasing Contracts Executive to join our dynamic team.

If you have experience in aircraft leasing - whether from a lessor, airline, or a software provider - and you are ready to take the next step in your career. You are excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced, energetic, and fun environment, and you are eager to contribute to software implementation projects that make a real impact, this could be the job for you.

Based in the United Kingdom or Ireland and be 100% comfortable with remote working. You must be prepared to travel occasionally (domestically and overseas) for customer visits and to attend ad hoc team meetings and quarterly company events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to support both new and existing customers during pre- and post-implementation phases

  • Initially with the support of our senior consultants, deliver end-user training with clarity and effectiveness

  • Participate in project implementation activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks

  • Work according to project plans and meet deadlines consistently

  • Apply industry knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation of the Leasepoint application in customer projects, including:

    • Configuration of contracts master data

    • Setup of lease data and payment schedules for aircraft rentals and related financial elements

  • Oversee data migration including data manipulation, loading and validation

  • Monitor progress against project milestones and deliverables in coordination with the Project Manager

  • Assist the Support Team in resolving customer support queries when required

You may also be asked to carry out any additional responsibilities as requested by your Leasepoint Line Manager or Business Unit Leader.

  • Diploma or above level of education – industry specific qualification is a bonus

  • Excellent ability with MS Office applications specifically Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
