We are Smartness, and we support small and mediumsized accommodation providers with solutions to help them fight back against the huge hotel chains. We started in 2020 by providing these companies with a dynamic pricing solution which increase revenue by on average 30%. Last year, we were named one of Italy’s top startups, and are the fastest growing B2B SaaS company in the accommodation space in both revenue and number of clients. Today we are working with over 4000 companies in over 20 countries, and steadily growing. Yet, this is only the start of our journey.

What Will You Do?
To support our international growth, we are looking for a motivated and resultsoriented GTM Recruiter with a strong track record in recruiting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success profiles. You will work closely with business leaders to attract and select strategic talent that directly contributes to our gotomarket expansion.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand hiring needs and define tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Source top GTM talent through direct outreach, job boards, events, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across multiple markets.
Collaborate on employer branding efforts to effectively communicate our culture and values to potential candidates.
Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., timetohire, conversion rates) to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with market trends to attract and engage toptier candidates.
What Are We Looking For?
At least 3 years of experience recruiting GTM profiles in highgrowth startup or scaleup environments.
Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience handling high candidate volumes.
Passion for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles and a solid understanding of GTM KPIs and dynamics.
Proactive mindset, resilience, and a strong focus on achieving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and datadriven approach to recruiting.
Nativelevel Italian.
Fluent English (C1).
Fluent German (minimum C1) – this is a musthave to support our DACH market expansion.
