Our most successful Project Managers become Senior within 23 years, which then opens new opportunities for career growth with the company.

As an Associate Event Project Manager you will be successfully delivering high volumes of events, reporting to the Manager, Event Services as part of our network of associates. This will involve independently building, configuring and launching our web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage (35%). You will be professionally managing our clients, and other senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience adding value across the entire project lifecycle (20%).

As you approach the live event, you’ll coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and the customer to ensure seamless execution on live event day. Responsibilities may include badge printing, iPad signin, lead scanning, managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery (20%). For the live event, you’ll ensure speakers are fully briefed and prepared, whether they’re presenting in a webinar, hosting a virtual session, or speaking onsite. You’ll oversee event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly (20%). Following the event, you’ll handle postevent communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement (5%).
