Job description

Hygraph is looking for a datadriven and creative Head of Demand Generation who will take ownership of Hygraph’s entire acquisition funnel—crafting and executing scalable campaigns to drive highquality leads, expand brand awareness, and support revenue growth. You’ll drive scalable, measurable campaigns targeting technical and product teams at midmarket and enterprise companies. Ideal candidates have deep B2B SaaS experience, a strong grasp of performance marketing, and a knack for marketing to developers and digital teams.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Pipeline Ownership: Develop and own the endtoend demand generation strategy to accelerate inbound pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Campaign Leadership:

    • Build & execute integrated campaigns for product launches and category themes.

    • Craft multichannel acquisition (organic, paid, social, email), and iterate via AB testing.

    • Plan endtoend, from strategy and budget to execution and measurement.

      • Channel Ownership:

        • Lead acquisition: SEO, SEA, paid social, referrals, display, review platforms.

        • Expand and optimize across owned, earned, and paid channels.

          • Funnel & Conversion Optimization:

            • Continuously monitor and improve conversion from topoffunnel to sales pipeline.

            • Own lead nurture, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization efforts across digital and email channels.

            • Optimize onsite conversions and retargeting initiatives.

              • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and grow a highperforming demandgen team.

              • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive acquisition and improve funnel efficiency.

              • Content & Asset Strategy:

                • Oversee the production of SEO, gated, and thought leadership assets aligned to funnel stages.

                • Ensure content resonates across buyer personas and journey stages.

                  • Operations & Attribution:

                    • Partner with RevOps to optimize martech stack (CRM, MA, analytics), implement robust attribution models, and report precise ROI.
