Were seeking a versatile
SAP Technical Specialist
who can take ownership of product implementations, support solution customization within the SAP framework, automate business processes, get involved with product development and deliver compelling, technically sound sales demos. This is a highly collaborative and customerfacing role that combines deep SAP technical skills with excellent communication and problemsolving abilities. You are an SAP Developer at heart!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of product implementation for customers using SAP S4HANA andor SuccessFactors.
• Customize and configure SAP systems to support integration with our document archiving solution.
• Work with product development to provide feature and design inputs as well as help with actual feature development.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful deployments.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert during the presales cycle, delivering tailored and impactful demos to prospective clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams to improve functionality and user experience.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation playbooks.

  Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors or other related areas).
  • Handson experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms).
  • Experience with SAP customization, enhancements, and BADIuser exits.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced, startuplike environment.

    Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

    • Experience in SAP S4HANA implementations.
    • Knowledge of SAP FioriUI5 or integration with webbased applications.
    • Background in presales engineering or solution consulting.
    • Exposure to cloudbased archiving and storage platforms.
