Mercier Consultancy BG is on the lookout for a talented Freelance Recruiter to join our flexible remote workforce. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while managing the recruitment process for various clients. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring that the best talent is matched with the right opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies, including job boards and social media.
  • Carry out detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for client roles.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment approaches.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.
  • Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment progress in tracking systems.
  • Monitor industry trends to continuously refine recruitment strategies and practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a recruiter or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Capacity to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while keeping a keen eye on detail.
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and online platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are necessary for remote work.
