How You Will Make an Impact

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our product. You'll drive feature development, contribute to architectural decisions, and continually elevate the performance, reliability, and quality of our platform. Your expertise will help us deliver a world-class user experience and strengthen our engineering culture.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate in a cross-functional, autonomous team to deliver impactful features and continuous improvements.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions.
Proactively identify and address performance, scalability, and testability challenges.
Contribute to key architectural decisions to ensure a robust and future-proof system.
Share your ideas and technical insights to influence our product and engineering direction.
Foster a culture of growth, quality, and innovation by mentoring others and continuously learning.

Expectations timeline

1 Month

You’ll complete onboarding sessions covering our product, tech stack, infrastructure, and vision. You'll meet team members from across the company through structured introductions and virtual events, and begin contributing to our codebase.

3 Months

You will be familiar with most concepts related to our product and have worked alongside your teammates to deliver features and improvements on production successfully.

You'd have had a few 1:1s with your team lead to check in on how things are going, you would have participated in some Engineering Guild sessions, and collaborated with fellow engineers to improve our architecture and developer experience.

6 Months

By now, you’ll be making significant contributions to the product and codebase. You’ll bring fresh perspectives from your previous experience and help raise the bar across performance, architecture, and team practices.
