As a Tech Lead Manager with a focus on people and performance management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both the technical and cultural fabric of our development team. You will lead by example—mentoring a team of 10–15 engineers, driving engineering excellence, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and healthy work environment. You’ll be the go-to person for both technical direction and management, from performance reviews and coaching to hiring and goal-setting.

What you will be doing as Tech Lead manager
Team Leadership & People Management
Mentor and coach engineers to support their personal and professional growth
Own and evolve the performance management process to meet business and individual development needs
Collaborate with recruitment to lead hiring efforts and maintain healthy team growth
Foster an inclusive, engaged, and productive team culture
Handle team escalations and ensure prompt, professional resolution
Ensure alignment of department goals with company objectives
Partner with leadership (C-level) to shape team strategy and goals
Technical Leadership
Serve as a hands-on technical advisor to your team—guiding architecture decisions, development standards, and best practices
Lead by example in agile processes, code quality, and collaboration
Translate product and technical vision into actionable plans and delivery milestones
Ensure the effective use of DevOps and modern engineering practices
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the engineering team
