The Role

This role is responsible for the effective and coherent business and marketfacing aspects of the Vault Clinical Operations Suite. You will be responsible for growing Veevas market share and retaining customers in the Enterprise and Small & Medium size Sponsor and CRO segments.

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of Life Sciences industry and technology Aplayers, who, together, are modernizing clinical trial operations, supporting Sponsors and CROs to transform their clinical operations digitally. This is a customer and prospectfacing role that spans from understanding the Sponsor and CROs needs to providing solutions to ensure customer success.

This is a Work Anywhere role, meaning you can be based and work from anywhere within the country as long as you are close to an airport and are able to meet travel requirements.

What Youll Do
  • Develop a strategic plan for your accounts across segments
  • Spearhead the strategic direction of sales and retention for the account portfolio in meetings
  • Provide thought leadership and support sales teams
  • Assist with the development of product strategy and messaging at a segment and opportunity level
  • Play an ongoing role in seniorlevel prospect and customer discussions
  • Help coordinate resources from presales to postimplementation to ensure customer success

  • Requirements
  • This role requires strong consulting and leadership skills; hence, please only apply if you have done strategy or management consulting before
  • The ideal candidate has around 10 years of work experience and wants to make a transition to a SaaS provider
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top Strategy Management Consulting firm in the Life Sciences – ideal level: Associate Partner Principal – next level roles post project management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development with a proven track record
  • Autonomous
  • Strong international exposure (lived and worked abroad)
  • Nativelevel fluency in English + command of German, OR French, OR Danish, OR Dutch

  • Nice to Have
  • Plus: 3+ years of experience working at CROs
  • Plus: Full understanding of clinical operations processes
  • Experience in selling or implementing SaaS software
  • Previous experience in using Veeva products
  • Evidence of industry presentations andor publications
  • Strong project management capabilities
