Who were looking for
Our Solution Architects work in Professional Services sales, and are part of the Zendesk Professional Services team.
What youll be doingSupport the software sales across all segments (Enterprise, Commercial, SMB) and territories of the EMEA region (with a potential focus in UK & Ireland).
Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery and other Zendesk teams.
Gather requirements, create solutions, estimate efforts, build quotes, design project plans, draft statements of work.
Manage the professional services offerings, from deal inception through to offering presentation, commercial negotiation and signature.
Accountable for regional services bookings targets, as well as professional services enablement of territory sales and presales teams.
Responsible for selling both NRR (NonRecurring Revenue) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) services.
What you bring to the role
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in software sales, presales, implementation or technical support.
Proficient English speaker (French or German are a plus).
Highenergy, enthusiasm, positivity. “Cando” and “Gogetter” attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Hunger for candid feedback, continuous learning and selfimprovement.
Passion for problem solving and taking ownership of challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding of customer relationship, engagement or experience management software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Intercom, ServiceNow, Talkdesk, Salesforce, Oracle, Genesys).
Experience or knowledge of technical development and integration patterns or interfaces (e.g. REST API, JSON, HTML).

In this role, you’ll work some days remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team, and some days from the closest office. When working remotely, we’ll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together – even when we’re apart. Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only. You’ll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
