Amazon Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon marketplace performance/operations manager to lead our activities across the USA, Europe, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving sales, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires a professional who can manage daily operational tasks and contribute to the long-term growth of our e-commerce business.

What You Will Do 🪄

The Head of Operations will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily sales performance in the USA, EU, UK, and CA marketplaces. 

• Drive initiatives to obtain and maintain "Best Seller" badges for our products. Track BSR lead daily and take action if competition is getting close. 

• Manage deal, coupon, and promotion strategies on a daily and weekly basis. 

• Improve Frequently Bought Together (FBT) positions on a weekly basis.

• Assist with sales forecasting for all marketplaces on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Track SQP data each week.

• Oversee daily stock levels and make sure we are not under or overstocked.

• Determine and adjust product pricing as needed, a high-priority task.

• Provide Amazon data to other departments as required.

• Flag to operations when we need to place new orders.
