💬 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the endtoend delivery of digital product projects—from full SDLC to UIUX optimisation, PWA builds, and API integrations.
  • Translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring timely, inscope delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Acting as the key link between the Development team and the wider business, managing expectations and clearly communicating technical progress to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Driving agile project planning and adapting delivery approaches to match the team’s needs (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Coordinating work across crossfunctional teams, including UX, Development, Marketing, and Compliance—supporting AB testing and experimentation.
  • Driving continuous improvement across delivery practices, project tracking, and golive readiness.
  • Ensuring delivery excellence across scope, budget, and time.

    • ✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who has is:

      • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager working on digital software and customerfacing products.
      • Comfortable translating technical requirements for nontechnical audiences—and vice versa.
      • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and delivering across crossfunctional teams.
      • A solid understanding of CRMs, cloud platforms, APIs, and software tooling.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to lead delivery conversations at all levels.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills, with a “get it done” attitude and bias for action.
      • Experience in fintech or regulated financial services is highly desirable.
