Job description

Join Us! We’re Looking for 5 Data Researchers for an 8-Week Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time)

This is a remote role based anywhere within the UK or one of our European countries of operation. You must be a permanent resident of that country and have the right to work there.

Our Company

Autovista Group, a part of J.D. Power provides trusted pricing and specification insights for Europe’s automotive decision makers. We have a presence in over 20 countries across Europe and Australia. We focus on the provision of automotive data, insight and intelligence to the automotive sector, offering products and solutions for every stage of a vehicle’s lifecycle. Deploying our experts’ skills, our depth in data, analytical precision and geographical reach, we are shaping the future of global mobility together with our clients.

The Department

We’re a powerful, energetic, revenue generating team. Results driven, impact focussed, we set ourselves the highest standards. Our amazing people and high-performance culture centre on our core values. Autovista Group, part of J.D. Power, has a customer-reach across Europe, Australia and is growing on a global scale. Our brands include Autovista, Eurotax, EV Volumes, Glass’s, Rødboka and Schwacke and Autovista24.

We’re a team of 20+ marketers, copywriters, data specialists and Salesforce analysts. We have a shared purpose, strategy and plan - we deliver results, with pace, and grow revenue. We’re curious, always learning, testing and measuring new ideas. We push boundaries, grow as a team, and have fun doing so!

As a Data Researcher, you will be a hardworking and resourceful team player with a positive can-do attitude. Our team is ambitious and focused on high-growth targets. We’re here to drive top-line growth through delivering qualified leads to sales that convert to revenue. We need high-quality data in place to ensure our marketing campaigns are as impactful as possible and to help our sales team grow existing accounts by reaching the right contacts.

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Temporary Data Researchers to join our team for an 8-week project. Your role will be to help enrich our customer data by identifying and filling key information gaps. This is critical to enabling more effective and targeted sales and marketing campaigns.

You’ll be using a mix of online research and telephone outreach to gather, verify, and update customer and prospect data within Salesforce. Your work will directly support our go-to-market teams with more complete and actionable insight into our audience.

The Candidate

We are seeking five Data Researchers for an 8-week contract (full-time or part-time) to support our data efforts. In this role, you will conduct online research and make outbound calls to gather and verify contact information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. You’ll work toward daily and weekly KPIs, contributing directly to our project goals. Collaboration is key, and you’ll be encouraged to share findings and best practices with the team to continuously improve our research methods. The role requires professionalism and confidence when speaking with external contacts by phone, as well as a strong focus on detail and accuracy. You should be fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional languages considered a plus. A polite and professional phone manner, combined with strong self-motivation, results orientation, and comfort working to targets and deadlines, will be key to your success. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is helpful, though not essential, and the ability to maintain consistency with repetitive tasks is a must in this fast-paced environment.
